In jwiki guide on auto start, Ric asked if it can reuse an existing
j.exe instance to launch ijs. I guess it cannot be done without
in-built support from j.exe itself. If it were done, it run like this
with an option -server to specify a server name, or default if elided.
j.exe -server a.ijs NB. start a new session
j.exe -server b.ijs NB. same session
This should be similar to firefox or some text editors that open page
in a new tab.
