backport of nspr & sqlite3 (for iceweasel)

Hi,

I recently uploaded a backport of nspr and sqlite3, and it went nowhere.

It's not in NEW queue, and it's not in the archive.  I would assume it was
rejected, but I didn't receive any mail, so I don't know why.

Any clues?
