base-qr.h: No such file or directory

Hi All

Running a very recent checkout. I'm trying to compile some C++ code that
was sent to the Octave-Forge list. This code contains

  #include <octave/oct.h>

which results in the following compile-time error:

        /home/sh/Programmer/include/octave-3.3.50
        +/octave/dbleQR.h:33:21: error: base-qr.h: No such file or
        directory

I have 'base-qr.h' in my checkout of the repository, but it does not
seem to be in my installation directory. Does it need to be added to
some Makefile?

Søren
