basic security Apache

Hi,
After installing MS4W everything works well.
I'm wondering if there are some more advanced or important security settings for Apache we should take care of?
We didn't have any issue. But my system admin is not familiar with Apache, WMS, etc. So I though this would be a good place to get some more information.

Any suggestion would be appreciated,
