I'm running misterhouse (latest version) on windows vista 64bit. Yeah I know, windoze...

I'm trying to get it to talk to my CM11A (com2). I have changed the setting in the parm file. But, still nothing. I've added lights etc, but nothing...

Is there something basic I'm missing? the CM11A works in other programs, so I know it is good and that I have the com port right.

Hi Justin,

I have my MH program in C:\Misterhouse. In this folder I have a batch file that I use to start MH

REM MH Batch File ----------------------------------------
set mh_parms=c:\misterhouse\mh.private.ini
C:
CD \MisterHouse
DEL MH_LOG.TXT
cd \MisterHouse\MH\Bin
mhe > C:\MisterHouse\MH_LOG.TXT
REM ---------------------------------------------------------------

Here is the relevant section in my mh.private.ini file
    cm11_port=COM1

I'm also a windows user.

Maybe Vista is blocking MH from the comm port?

Regards,

Neil Wrightson.

I've tried to understand how to use this list but I don't...

Also, the CM11A still isn't responding in Misterhouse. I have assigned the COM port properly, but no luck (which makes me think that I've missed something).
