best place to discuss oxygen style?

I notice that the options for menu highlight type and checkboxes using
'x' instead of check (which were previously hidden) have disappeared. I
don't know if this was by intent, or private mods I never committed, but
in either case, I'd like to get them back into oxygen.cpp (and in trunk,
if they weren't previously), with GUI configuration (since we are not in
string freeze ATM).

I'd also like to convert oxygenconf to a .ui :-).

Is this an adequate place to discuss this, or is there somewhere
(preferably besides IRC) better?

Hmm, never mind, it's still there, just not working from the name
getting changed in the conversion to kcfg (sigh). Anyway...

...I'd still like to do this, and also add GUI of the options that
currently are hidden.

So am I in the right place?
