books with index produce a blank PDF bookmark

When we add an index to a book and then publish a PDF (using the unmodified default PDF publication type that comes with Daisy), the resulting PDF is generated with a blank bookmark where the reference to the Index should be. It is a clickable bookmark, and it does move you to the index if you click it, but it's blank. Just to be sure, we tried this with a very small document created from scratch, and the problem still occurred.

We're using a 2.3-dev version.

Any ideas?

doesn't get forgotten.
