boot screen the option to compile the kernel

Hi I know that you can compile a kernel or even a whole os under GRUB, but can you setup a bootable compile proses for a kernel to make it quicker to compile a kernel for use on multiple systems?
To clarify I would like to have on the boot screen the option to compile the kernel from different sources without the need to enter any script because I setup so many systems per day that I sometimes get fuzzy and mess up.
I don't know what would be detailed in this, but I would think that saving the common script I use for the 14 different kernels as a bootable option may do it.
Any help?
