bug/feature in 1.2.1

Hi,

Last couple days, meld has been cvs committing all changed files,
instead of just the selection.  Haven't figured out what magical
sequence of keys/mouse is hitting it, but I'm really hoping it's fixed
in meld - trunk, as it's ruining my cvs log history quite fast, and
not being a cvs expert, it's not easy to back out...
