build depends

Hi,
for build an package is necessary  intltool package, but is necessary only for build the package.
How can i do build intltool only for stage 3 and not for stage 5???

Building in stage 3 or 5 does not really matter. I guess you rather  
meant to
ask how you can build it but not have it in your finally deployed  
system?
