bzip2 missing from cs05q3armel feed

The bzip2 package seems to be missing from the cs05q3armel feed. 'ipkg list' says it is available but 'ipkg install bzip2' ends in an error. Also cannot find it when browsing the cs05q3armel ipkg feed directory.
