cache jsp page and copy cache to live servers

I was looking at OSCache and it did provide me with a better solution without much code change with our current struts architecture. (cache on local disk)

Drawback: when cache needs refresh, the user who first clicks on the pages will have to suffer as the pages will be rendered and cached for later use.

Is there something where we can cache on one server and copy cached pages to live servers.
