And how are we supposed to do that when you tell us absolutely nothing
about your problem?
Exactly (and I mean exactly) what are you trying to do, how do you do
it, what do you expect to happen and exactly what actually happens
instead?
Are you trying to do a regular expression search? Do you search in
formulas or in values? Etc etc etc…

Going by your domain extension, I am going to make a guess that Arabic
is your native langauge. If that is the case, and if not I apologize,
then I would suggest subscribing or sending your problem to
users@...  I have sent this e-mail to the Arabic project lead.

No offense meant to Noor, but do they think we are miracle workers?

You are the kind of support person I always like to work with (and am).  
I get so tired of the marketing driven drivel that most support people
are forced to spout and heaven forbid they give a straight answer - if
they even bother to read the support request.
