can not create user name in Capital letter

	can not create user name in Capital letter by donghe :: Rate this Message: Reply to Author \| View Threaded \| Show Only this Message Hi, I have a trouble in creating user and database in postgres. whenever I create user or databases in capital letters, the names are always converted into names in lower case letter. what's wrong with it?
