can someone add this or advise on how you want it coded?

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone could add an option for the passing in the following necko configuration somehow?

http://cyberneko.org/html/properties/names/elems=lower

At the moment I just maintain a seperate branch of html unit and have the following hardcoded in the constructor for HtmlUnitDOMBuilder in HtmlParser.

setProperty("http://cyberneko.org/html/properties/names/elems", "lower");

However now it's been requested that I open source the project I've been working on, so I'd like to align with HtmlUnit.  It doesn't have to be anything too complex, just the ability to configure that necko property.

I'm happy to make the changes myself can submit a patch if someone could let me know how they'd like me to provide the configurability.
