cannot drag and drop images into kompozer

I have found out, that it is possible to drag and drop an image direct into
kompozer from dolphin file manager.

I have also found out, that it is possible to drag a link from firefox
webbrowser direct into kompozer.

This makes it very easy and quick to make a webpage.

However, it does not work all the time for me.

I have tried ubuntu 8.04 - 8.10 - 9.04 both within gnome or kde 4.2

I would like to know what is needed to make it work all the time.

There seems to be problems with kompozer, which seems to be under strong
developement, but it works most of the time for me.

My intention is to have kompozer, dolphin and firefox open in the same desktop
window, and inserting images and links direct by drag and drop.

I would like to have this fixed, when 9.10 stable is comming end of oct. 2009

I have been doing trial and error a lot, and I have now come the conclusion,
that drag and drop works in kompozer 0.7.10, but not in some of the newer
kompozer versions.

Ubuntu 9.04 has kompozer 0.7.10 to be installed by synaptic as default
version, and this version can drag and drop, but otherwise this version does
not work in ubuntu 9.04 ?
