It certainly does. ccRTP is a standard, RFC-compliant (as far as I
know), implementation of the Real-Time Transport Protocol.
See the demo/ directory within the main source folder for an example on
how to use it within your application. It should be pretty
straightforward. You can also refer to other projects that are using it:
