celt plugin dll

is there anyway to cross compile ekiga for just the celt plugin dll ?  i'm asking this because i want to get the celt 0.7.0 plugin to work without having to deal with recompiling all of ekiga.

The codecs are a small part of ekiga (and ptlib and opal).  So compiling
ekiga with only celt plugin or with all the plugins is almost the same
thing.

Note also that celt is found in the opal library, not ekiga.
