anyone knows how to auto compress with winrar???(cesarftp)

i tryed a -s -dr "%FILEDIR\%USERNAME" "%FILEPATH".
but thats not what i want,what i want is when someone opload stuff cesarftp auto compresses the file/files
to a zip file. with the a -s -dr "%FILEDIR\%USERNAME" "%FILEPATH" command line i get the user name of the zip file not the filename and if i change a -s -dr "%FILEDIR\%USERNAME" "%FILEPATH" to a -s -dr "%FILEDIR\%FILENAME" "%FILEPATH". then nothing works?
