Anyone interested in programing RAPI, both with librapi2 and MS rapi.dll, please take a look at
http://cetoys.sourceforge.net.
There you'll find a small command line tool for managing files on CE devices, calling applications in there and getting some information about the device. The tool can also directly send SMS or make screenshot of the CE device. I succeeded to connect and use the tool with WM6 (HTC3300, T-Mobile MDA compact, rndis mode with librapi2), with the Win32 version of the tool I could also use it with WCE 5 on Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox N110 (Active Sync 4.x, rapi.dll, non rndis mode).
The sources are available, I was able to compile the code on Linux (OpenSuSE, gcc, librapi2) and Win32 (both MSVC and MinGW). The Windows CE oriented code can be compiled using either cegcc or Embedded Visual C (I used ver. 4.0, but recent versions from MS Visual Studio should also work).
