clipping in DHTML LzText views

I filed a bug at http://openlaszlo.org/jira/browse/LPP-8562 about an artifact that shows up
in text views that have "scrollevents=true". It is associated with that change you made
which moved clipping from text sprite to input text sprite.

Do we need to turn clipping on for this case, or is the size of the mask for the scrollbars being
calculated incorrectly?
