code for Packet Filtering in Mobile IP Communication

Hello Everyone

I want to implement a packet filtering technique in Mobile IP Communication for preventing DoS attack in NS2. I've already implemented Mobile IP communication in NS2, now I want to add a filtering technique(sush as Ingress filtering etc.) with it.  If some one can provide me a code of any packet filtering technique, which I can add in my Mobile IP Communication Code, I would be very grateful to you. Please help me if u have any scope.
