command line winrar to zip

[Michael Dinowitz]

Does anyone know how to use the command like ability of winrar to convert a
..rar file to a .zip one? I'd rather not unrar and then zip the files.

I'm not sure about WinRAR, but you might want to see if 7-zip works
for you. 7-zip has great command line support and is free. I don't
think it converts, but you can uncompress then recompress. I'm would
guess this is what any "conversion" would involve.
