compiling classes for use in other swfs

I am trying to compile a class through mtasc that then i want to distribute to my team and have them dynamically load the swf at runtime and use this class. I am able to compile the class separately using a wrapper that has a static Main. My questions are

 

1. When i try to load this swf from another Swf. I do not seem to get the onLoadinit event.

 

2.  How do i access the public methods of the main wrapper class from a swf.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
