compiling on windows fails

Hi all,

I wanted to compile a patched version of texmacs for a friend who is using
windows. I followed the instructions given on the website
(http://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/download/winqt.en.html), but in the configure step
it fails to compile the Qt test app.

My questions are : who compiles the recent windows versions and how? can the
tutorial be fixed?

We made the necessary changes last friday which should enable you to
recompile TeXmacs under windows.  If not, then it would be good to
discuss the issue with Denis Raux.  Best wishes, --Joris
