I'm not aware of anywhere its lacking, just be careful that the versions of the specs you look at are the ones that form the OASIS WSDM standard (pretty much WSRF 1.2, WSN 1.2 and WSA
http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing and WEF built on top), not just the latest versions.
If you do find something missing please raise a jira on the issue.
