I'm trying to complete the installation of egroupware 1.4.002 and i'm stuck on the setup configuration page:
domain.com/egroupware/setup/config.php
I'm running this on a hosting webserver at hostmonster.com and NOT my own machine. I haven't installed the egw-pear, because i don't know how....
at "enter the full path for users and group files"; if i enter a directory outside the document root (/public_html/) is says that the directory doesn't exist, and if i enter one within the docroot, it also gives me an error that the chosen directory is in the docroot.
I have looked through the forum but all the help applies to those running their own servers and not from a hosts' server.
I don't know where to go from here so your kind help will be greatly appreciated.
