config tool problem

We have downloaded and installed ecos ver 2.0. When we try to run the configuration tool from $ command it show illegal operation and exits

When we run the configtools with windows, it gives a message
The Package does not have valid sub directories.

Can you help us get out of this. What may be possibly wrong?

I sugest you get more up to date souces for eCos from anoncvs. See the
eCos website.

Get a more up to date version of the config tool from eCosCentrics
download page. I also suggest you look in the mail arive for this FAQ.
