content management in higher educationAll Looking for a few pointers, hoping you can help I have been asked to draft a report on the trends, use and future
needs of CMS solutions for higher education institutions, (the wider aim of the
report also focuses on government and cultural sector, but I’m focusing
on HE in the first instance) I’m considering the usual needs for a CMS, ease of
editing, compliance, migration, workflow, DM and KM integration. But also
thinking about interoperability, VLE’s and MLE’s and what is need
to support students, staff and partners when using HE facilities. If anyone has any insight into HE’s needs and desires
when considering content management that they would like to share, I’d be
most grateful. Regards John

Re: content management in higher educationSteve
Apologies, yes we are a Sitecore partner as well as a Google and Microsoft partner, However (in my defence) this activity has more to do with our educational / public sector focus than the specifics of any individual solution, in actuality, my remit is avoid any individual solutions merits / features and focus more on the needs, desire and trends of institutions in each sector... No clandestine intentions, honest.
