contributing to the german documentation

Das mache ich hiermit :)

Due to a longer discussion in the german zf board i decided to help with
the german translation. I thought several times about contributing code
or translating the manual. So ist not just a scram, ill try to do my
best.

Until the CLA will be accepted ill read the documentation for the
documentation
