could not register

Hi,

I paid Diamondcard.us, it passed on my credit card account, but I cannot
register to ekiga call out service.

What do I do wrong?

In the "edit account" window, I have:
registrar:                     sip.diamondcard.us
user:                             vepiteski
autentication user:     vepiteski
password:                    my passwork

What is wrong?

When I ask for the balance history, I get a "bad login" answer from
diamondcard.us with no possibility for "forgotten password". If this is
the issue, how may I recover my user and password for this diamondcard
service?

I remember that when I paid using PayPal, it wouldn't allow me to log in right away, but only after someone at Diamondcard did a manual confirmation (he actually contacted me by phone for that).
