cross tab page break and highlight rules

I am new in Birt 2.3. i want to know how I can page break in cross tab.. For example in cross tab i have 100 rows. I want After 20 rows page break and new page start.
I would also like to know how i can use highlight rules in cross tab that one line of cross tab is different than the other line.
Please help me.
