cvs.haskell.org misconfigured

The pserver at cvs.haskell.org appears to be misconfigured, in that
anonymous login as described on the main cvs.haskell.org page is
impossible.

As I'm apparently the new maintainer for haskell-mode, I need access
there of some kind or another in order to migrate haskell-mode to
darcs; read-only is fine, though.

I had a look at this, but I don't know exactly how the setup is supposed
to work, so I can't easily fix it. I'm CCing the "Haskell CVS Admins"
address given on that page in the hope that someone there knows what's
wrong.
