cxf-bc redefine schemalocation (crosspost)

I have schemas that import others from relative directories.

When deploying wsdl in cxf-bc, schemaLocation values from the imports and includes are rewritten to be prefixed with host uri information.

SchemaLocation values from redefines are not, why?
