Hi list,
I apologize if this question as already been answered. I did a search in the archives and didn't see anyone with my exact setting. My dbmail-util is hanging on repairing DBMAIL physmessages. I saw an email that the problem was fixed in 2.2.6 so just want to know if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue. The dbmail-util command I'm running is the one that came as part of the crontab:
dbmail-util -c -t -u -b -p -d -y
This is the output I get:
Repairing DBMAIL messageblocks integrity...
Ok. Found [0] unconnected messageblks.
Repairing DBMAIL physmessage integrity...
Ok. Found [61] unconnected physmessages
then it just hangs there. My postgres process is pegged at 100% with 0% disk i/o. I assume the process is blocked waiting for a transaction to return.
Running:
- CentOS 5.2
- Postgresql 8.3.7
- DBMAIL 2.2.11
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David
