the link
"The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to Evolutionary Computation"

does not work for me. A page of the University of Birmingham says, that
the document cannot be found (404).

Actually I don't know the content of the original doc. But I think this
seems to be the same - maybe exactly the same:

Can anybody confirm that?
