I'll be the first to say that I have absolutely no clue on how to go about this, but I have a an IP address and several domains that could be used to host a repository or PPA or whatever it's called and would set aside the time needed to maintain this. I have Ubuntu, webmin and medibuntu repositories locally, I just haven't figured out the key creation thing yet. I'm still doing mirrors.
