Hi,

I am now trying to run Debian on Renesas SH(sh4) CPU.

gnustep-gui can not build on sh4 and other architecture.
I confirmed that there was the same problem in amd64 as i386 on pbuilder/sid.

1. When we build libossmix.so, use ld. I think that it is right to use gcc (cc).
I made a patch to revise this. (sharedlib.patch)

I checked changelog of this package.
It is written that you added a symbles file to change log for a lintian
error, but does not become the error without this file in latest
lintian.

Would you delete it?
Or would you teach revision method of this problem?

hypre can not build on sh4. Because configure of this package generated
from old autoconf.

Old autoconf adds -little option to compile option. sh4 architecture
can't interpret this option. Therefore, this has build error.

same problem.

Hi,

I am now trying to run Debian on Renesas SH CPU(sh4).
apr package FTBFS by test.
Because current sh4 architecture can not use proc_mutex_xx.
When we build apr, need set
apr_cv_hasprocpthreadser=no ac_cv_define_PTHREAD_PROCESS_S

I made a patch to revise to be able to build.
Would you apply it?
