Wouldn't it be nice to replace vera fonts with dejavu fonts? I installed
them. It was quite easy actually. I made a directory, copied all the .ttf
files there, added a line in xorg.conf and restarted X. Now, I can see
almost all the characters -especially the IPA characters- on wikipedia,
running konqueror. Just a suggestion.
