deleting an attachment

Good evening,

I just created a new issue report (106116), but saved an attachment
using the wrong mime-type.  How can I delete the attachment from the
database?

Simple, you can't.

Just add another one. You can ask the collabnet support to remove the
attachment, but that's not worth.
