deprecated fribidi functions

I'm implementing Fribidi2 in my terminal application 'AbsoluteTelnet',
replacing an older version of fribidi.  Due to the line-by-line nature of
terminal output, do you think it is appropriate to continue to use
fribidi_log2vis even though it is deprecated?

The bidi algorithm is enabled when you hit the "RTL" button on the
toolbar.  Due to the extra processing that is involved, it is not enabled
by default.
