different artist legal name in another country

Hi,

The Raconteurs are known as The Saboteurs in Australia because a band Raconteurs already existed and they wouldn't 'sell' their name. http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=11125118 tries to merge The Saboteurs into The Raconteurs, as it was clearly a legal issue, not 'artist intent'. Please vote and/or comment there.
