different results using diff dest host

hello there,

I am new with nmap and have tried running  nmap -sS X.X.X.X on different source machines. I am fingerprinting the same machine, but seems to yield different results when I fingerprint from different source machines.

On one host, I get this

Not shown: 1677 closed ports
PORT     STATE    SERVICE
3306/tcp open     mysql
6346/tcp filtered gnutella
6699/tcp filtered napster

On another, I just get

Not shown: 1696 closed ports
PORT     STATE SERVICE
3306/tcp open  mysql

What's the reason for this anomily?
