different woodstock look'n feel in ie/ firefox/ opera

Hi,

one question to the look'n feel with woodstock components

I'm developing a web application with netbeans 6.1. and woodstock 4.3. When I start the app in IE everything looks
perfect (as I see it in the IDE), when I open the app with firefox or opera some components are not shown.

I've positioned every item with absolute coordinates an the child /parent assignments seem also to be correct.

Any ideas?
