different woodstock look'n feel in ie/ firefox/ operaHi, one question to the look'n feel with woodstock components I'm developing a web application with netbeans 6.1. and woodstock 4.3. When I start the app in IE everything looks perfect (as I see it in the IDE), when I open the app with firefox or opera some components are not shown. I've positioned every item with absolute coordinates an the child /parent assignments seem also to be correct. Any ideas? thanks in advance Daniel |

Re: different woodstock look'n feel in ie/ firefox/ operaYou might try using build 4.3.0.7. You can find it here: http://download.java.net/maven/2/com/sun/woodstock/webui-jsf/4.3.0.7/ That's the version we're using in GlassFish v3. If I recall correctly it fixed many of the rendering problems, but I don't know for sure. Good luck! Re: different woodstock look'n feel in ie/ firefox/ operaHello Ken,
Why are you using 4.3 in GlassFish when Sun backed out and stated it would only support 4.2? Quote: The Woodstock release 4.2 is the last official version of Woodstock that Sun will release. Sun will continue to support its customers that have built on top of Woodstock 4.2. The Project Woodstock code is still available, and community members can still create new features or enhancements. For future development or migration of existing Woodstock projects, Sun is officially endorsing ICEfaces as the replacement technology for Woodstock.
