disable HTTP but maintain RTMPT enabledHi everibody,
Is there anyway to disable the default HTTP server (the one running on port 5080), but maintain the RTMPT protocol enabled? I know that RTMPT uses HTTP, so I don't mean the protocol just the service running on port 5080. I've been trying, but I find no way to achieve my purposes. By the way, I have also tried changing the http.host property on red5.properties to 127.0.0.1 and looks like the server is still running on 0.0.0.0. Any ideas?? Thanks, -- Alayn Gortazar _______________________________________________ Red5 mailing list Red5@... http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/red5_osflash.org |

Re: disable HTTP but maintain RTMPT enabledI think you can just shut that port off on your firewall and then use the RTMPT 8088

Re: disable HTTP but maintain RTMPT enabledYes, do it Dominicks' way.. otherwise your Red5 applications will not be available since it is the Embedded Tomcat instance that starts them.
