disc 0?I have the Neil Young "Archives" DVD box set. The CD box set is
similar, but CD disc 1 is split into 2 DVD discs. To compensate, DVD disc 1 is labeled "Disc 0" so the remainder of the discs correlate between the CDs and DVDs. Should the DVDs be labeled so that disc 0 is "disc 1", disc 1 is "disc 2", disc 2 is "disc 3", etc, or should I follow the disc 0, disc 1, disc 2 labels? - Grant _______________________________________________ MusicBrainz-users mailing list MusicBrainz-users@... http://lists.musicbrainz.org/mailman/listinfo/musicbrainz-users |

Re: disc 0?If I understand correctly, the actual DVD packaging is labelled as
"disc 0". I don't think this translates well with MB or ID3 tags since a disc number of "0" is the same as a blank disc number (in my experience). I would think that the best way to accommodate this would be to use disc 1, 2, and 3. On a side note, is the DVD set a video recording or just audio (DVD-Audio)? If the DVD is video, I would recommend splitting out the 3rd DVD disc from the 2nd CD disc as well so that we have an entire video set of three discs and then a separate 2-disc CD set. -cooperaa On Thu, Aug 6, 2009 at 10:53 AM, Grant<emailgrant@...> wrote: > I have the Neil Young "Archives" DVD box set. I will enter them all as x+1. > On a side note, is the DVD set a video recording or just audio > (DVD-Audio)? All of the discs are DVD-Video, but they all have extractable audio as well as the video. I'm not sure what you mean with your recommendation there. There are no CDs in the set. Please let me know if your suggestion still applies. - Grant > -cooperaa > > > On Thu, Aug 6, 2009 at 10:53 AM, Grant<emailgrant@...> wrote: >> I have the Neil Young "Archives" DVD box set.
