documentation and wagon-s3

Hi,

I'm a complete maven and wagon newbie. Wagon-s3 looks like its ideal for my
requirements. Is it complete and part of 1.0-beta-3?
How do I go about using this?

I'm amazed that there is no simple guide on http://maven.apache.org/wagon/
