We've decided to try out using Trac tickets for documentation issues
so that we can keep track of what needs to be fixed, and so people
that want to help out don't have to do quite as much digging. Here is
the current report of open documentation issues:

fix it! If you don't have a sf.net account, feel free to take care of
the issue and e-mail us to let us know it's fixed. If you're not sure
exactly how to fix something, ask your question on the ticket when you
mark it as assigned.
If you find an issue with docs on gallery.menalto.com or
codex.gallery2.org, please file a ticket on our Trac instance with
"documentation" as the ticket type and "Documentation" as the
milestone, and someone will get around to fixing it.
