doing something when a user clicks on an image

Hi, I'd like to add some behavior that displays a larger version of a clicked image in a box below the carousel. I've gotten a version working that uses the thickbox.js, but instead, I'd prefer to have a medium sized image displayed below the carousel when someone clicks on a carousel image. The thickbox behavior would be activated only when someone clicks on the medium sized image below the carousel.

I'd appreciate it if someone could post some code to do this.

Thanks for a great application!
Paul

I second this.  I am ALMOST there on my own.  What I tried to do is combine the external controls feature embedded in a 2nd carousel.  So, there's a small "standard" carousel at the bottom  (or top) of the page, and I want to use the initla carousel to move through larger (1 at a time) photos above (or bellow) the carousel.

I can get the example external controls to control either carousel, but cannot get one carousel to control another.  Any ideas/suggestions?  Thanks!  I'm a big fan in a short time.  Great job.
